Partnering with agencies serving families In the foster/adopt space gives us great joy! Over the last few months, you gave foster parents and case managers honor and rest, celebrating their loving dedication to Cherokee's kids and providing a space for renewal to take place. Most Importantly, families curious about how to get Involved discovered a vibrant and varied menu of ways to support neighboring foster families.
NEW GROUND'S THERAPEUTIC FARM ANIMALS
Beau and Buck graduated with honors! Our two miniature Jerusalem donkeys are renowned for their unique markings and affectionate nature, and now they're ready to meet you, too. Beau and Buck hosted their first reading club last week. Donkeys are such great listeners!
COMING SOON: THE NEW GROUND FELLOWSHIP
A new day begins here! The New Ground Fellowship will debut in January. This unique program is designed to complement existing transitional living programs. The New Ground Fellowship will support five outstanding former foster youth committed to one-on-one leadership coaching, financial literacy and life skills enrichment, and participation in a capstone service project.
