New Ground is seeking an entrepreneurial, realtionship-driven sales and events director to lead venue sales, event experiences, and day-to-day property operations.

This role is ideal for someone excited about building and growing a purpose-driven event business. The right candidate will understand the unique value of New ground's indoor and outdoor spaces, know how to market and position the property effectively, and bring fresh ideas for growth, experiences, and community engagement.

This person will play a key role in driving revenue, building long-term client relationships, and helping establish New Ground as a premier destination for events and gatherings in North Georgia.
